Product Returns

We hope you will love your glasses! But If you have a problem with your purchase - we will accept returns/ exchanges during up to 30 days from the day you received your order. To begin processing your return, please fill in and submit a form below to get your Return Authorization number. All Rx returns/ exchanges need to be shipped insured and with a tracking number, we recommend using UPS. Additionally, we have a one-year, no-scratch guarantee for our lenses, and we’ll replace your scratched lenses for free within that timeline ( up to 3 times).
